If you eat meat, eat only fresh, unprocessed meat, never eat processed packaged meat because it contains sodium nitrite, a chemical that can affect your pancreas. In a way it would mean, no pepperoni pizzas, no ham and potato soups, no deli meat and sandwiches and so on. But trust me the results would be wonderful.
